These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website tradecovenant.com (the "Site"), all webinars and live trainings hosted by us, and all programs, courses, coaching, mentorship, and related services offered by Kingdom Reach Media LLC, doing business as Trade Covenant and The Covenant Circle ("Trade Covenant," "we," "us," or "our") (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing the Site, registering for a webinar, enrolling in a program, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
Certain Services require you to register and create an account. You agree to:
Trade Covenant offers webinars, live trainings, online courses, coaching programs, mentorship, and related educational and business-development services. Specific deliverables, pricing, and access duration are described at the point of enrollment for each program.
This section incorporates by reference all communications terms set forth in our Privacy Policy. Read the SMS, phone, and email sections of our Privacy Policy carefully, as they form part of these Terms.
By checking the SMS consent box and providing your mobile phone number on a form on the Site (including webinar registration, opt-in, or enrollment forms), you consent to receive automated transactional text messages from Trade Covenant at the number provided, including messages sent via automated technology. SMS consent is optional and is never required to register or to purchase.
Mobile information sharing. Your mobile information (including phone number and SMS opt-in consent data) will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share mobile information with our subcontractors who provide support services strictly to enable our communications.
By providing your phone number, you also expressly consent to receive phone calls, including calls placed using an automatic telephone dialing system or pre-recorded or artificial voice, from Trade Covenant or our authorized representatives, regarding your inquiry, registration, training, program participation, and applicable offers. Consent to receive phone calls is not a condition of purchase. You may revoke consent at any time.
You consent to receive transactional and marketing emails from Trade Covenant. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at alan@covenantcircle.net.
Pricing. Program pricing, payment terms, and access duration are disclosed at the point of enrollment. All payments are processed by third-party payment processors. By making a payment, you authorize the charge to your payment method.
Refunds. Refund eligibility, if any, is described in the specific program enrollment terms presented at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to alan@covenantcircle.net within the refund window stated in the enrollment terms.
Recurring billing. If a program involves recurring billing, you authorize us to charge the agreed amount at the agreed interval until you cancel. You may cancel future charges at any time by contacting alan@covenantcircle.net prior to the next billing date. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of prior charges.
Chargebacks. If you initiate a chargeback or dispute a payment without first contacting us to resolve, we reserve the right to terminate your access to the Services and pursue collection of amounts owed.
All content within the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, audio, software, course materials, slide decks, written guides, frameworks, and any associated intellectual property, is owned by Kingdom Reach Media LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Upon enrollment, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use program materials solely for your personal, non-commercial educational use. You may not:

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.
No income or results guarantee. Any income examples, case studies, testimonials, or earnings statements presented in our Services or marketing are exceptional, not typical, and depend on individual effort, experience, market conditions, business background, and many other factors. We do not guarantee any specific income, results, or outcomes from use of our Services. Your results will vary and depend entirely on your effort, consistency, execution, and circumstances. Nothing in our Services constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL KINGDOM REACH MEDIA LLC, TRADE COVENANT, THE COVENANT CIRCLE, OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you actually paid us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kingdom Reach Media LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right; or (d) any content or information you submit through the Services.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or non-payment. Upon termination, your right to access the Services ends immediately. Sections 6, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, and 14 of these Terms survive termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Harris County, Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Informal resolution. Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to first contact us at alan@covenantcircle.net to attempt informal resolution. We will work in good faith to resolve the matter within thirty (30) days.
Binding arbitration. If informal resolution fails, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall be conducted in Harris County, Texas, in English, by a single arbitrator. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class action waiver. You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between us and you individually. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive any right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action.
Exceptions. Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court for intellectual property infringement or misappropriation. Either party may also bring an individual claim in small claims court if eligible.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through prominent notice on our Site or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any program-specific enrollment terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Trade Covenant regarding the Services.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of such right or provision.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
Force majeure. We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or internet or telecommunications failures.
