By checking the SMS consent box and providing your phone number on a form on our Site (including the webinar registration form, opt-in form, or enrollment form), you opt in to receive automated transactional text messages from Trade Covenant at the number provided, including messages sent via automated technology. SMS consent is optional and is never required to register or to purchase.
Types of messages you may receive:
Message frequency. Frequency varies based on your engagement and program status. During the active webinar registration window or program onboarding period, you may receive multiple messages per week. After onboarding, you may receive periodic messages thereafter.
Carrier charges. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to or received by you. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier and your plan. Trade Covenant is not responsible for any carrier charges incurred.
Opt-out (STOP). You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. Upon receipt of your opt-out request, we will send you a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further SMS messages from us. Transactional messages tied to active enrollments or fulfillment of paid programs may continue as required to deliver the service.

Carrier liability. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Trade Covenant disclaims responsibility for any failure of carriers to deliver messages.
Consent not required for purchase. Your consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any product, service, program, or training from Trade Covenant.
Supported carriers. Service is available on most major U.S. and Canadian carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket Wireless, Bell, Rogers, Telus, Freedom Mobile, and others. Service may not be available on all carriers at all times.
Mobile information sharing. Mobile opt-in information and phone numbers collected for SMS are not shared with, or sold to, any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be shared with our subcontractors who provide support services (such as customer service platforms, SMS delivery aggregators, and hosting providers) strictly to enable our communications. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from sharing with any third parties under any circumstance. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
